No. Underkeep demo saves are not compatible with the full game because the levels are different.

In the early PC demo, mana recovers through rest or consumables. Food is consumed when resting.
Underkeep Early Demo: Activate a Priest Aura
In the early PC demo, open the character’s Skills section, select the aura and press Activate.
